Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply select your size, add the jersey to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

Can I change my order after purchasing?
Yes — you have 12 hours after purchase to request a change (size or style).
After this, your order may already be processed or shipped and we won’t be able to modify it.

What if I entered the wrong address?
Email us as soon as possible at offsidesupplyco@gmail.com.
If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.


Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 6-10 business days depending on your country.

Will I receive tracking?
Tracking is provided when available once your order has been dispatched.


Products

What if my size is sold out?
Send us a message or email us. We regularly restock and can sometimes source specific sizes on request.

What if I can’t find the jersey I want?
We can source specific styles, colourways, and even older releases.
Just email or DM us with:

  • The jersey team and year

  • Size

  • Preferred colourway

We’ll let you know if we can get it and give you a price.


 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my jersey?
Returns are accepted only if there is an issue caused by us (defective item or incorrect product sent). The jersey must be unworn and in original condition. Additionally any personalized item, is non-refundable.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
You have 12 hours to request a change.
After shipping, sizing exchanges may be possible at our discretion, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Email offsidesupplyco@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photo of the jersey

  • Reason for return/exchange

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
No — full refunds are only issued if the error is on our side.
